OPENING MUSIC - My Country Tis Of Thee
ANNOUNCER: Welcome to the Bible Law Course Program. This is a series
of broadcasts about The Ten Commandments, not as a means to salvation, but as a
code of conduct for Christians. In these programs we will show that all our
national problems can be solved with the application of God given laws.
 SPEAKER : Hello, The east side of the U. S. Supreme Court building is
decorated with an eighteen foot high sculpture of Moses holding The Ten
Commandments. If you were to travel a short distance to our nations capitol
building, and enter through the subway, there on the wall you would see another
sculpture of Moses.
And then, upstairs, in the capitol building, you might visit the chambers of
the House of Representatives. In the House chambers, on the wall you will find
thirteen of history's greatest legislators honored in sculpture.
 Moses has the most honored position of all. Moses is in the center position
on the North wall directly across from the Speaker's seat. Symbolically, Moses
watches over our nation's House of Representatives and symbolically they look to
Moses for instruction. How about that! Christian art in our government
buildings!
This same Moses, honored in sculpture on our Supreme Court building, and
pictured on the wall in the Capitol Building House Chambers, is the very same
Moses who wrote the first five books of your Bible. He wrote Genesis, Exodus,
Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. This last book, Deuteronomy, it's not about
religion and ritual, but about government and law. It is model legislation and
an inspired code of conduct for God's people.
Moses was of all the men on earth, the most qualified to give this
instruction. Moses had experience in the governments of Cush. Egypt, and Israel.
And most important of all, Moses received personal instruction direct from God.
God told Moses exactly what he expected from his people. Moses passed this
information on to us when he wrote this book of your Bible, the Book of
Deuteronomy.
This legislation and code of conduct, based upon The Ten Commandments, and
recorded by Moses in Deuteronomy is inspired and unique. And when applied, it
solves all the problems facing any nation or government including today's
American government. Problems in areas such as crime and punishment, health and
safety, economics, inflation, national debt, foreign relations, civil rights,
unemployment, race relations, gun control. The list goes on and on and on.
Moses gave us this instruction when he was 120 years old, when he gathered
his people together for a farewell address. He delivered this message on the
plains of Moab at the border of the Promised Land.
The Book of Deuteronomy records these last words of Moses. And this book of
your Bible contains much more than just The Ten Commandments as given at Mt.
Sinai. Moses urged and commanded, parents, the civil leaders and the clergy to
teach all of this as a part of the public education system. Every man, woman and
child, whether citizen or foreigner, everyone was to know God's law.
Children were to begin with The Ten Commandments. The same ten commandments
now forbidden in our public schools. Moses commanded that all were to receive
additional instruction from time to time. You may have heard the saying,
ignorance of the law is no excuse. It came from these words, and this command,
spoken by Moses many years ago.
But today, most of us, including far too many in the churches, lack knowledge
about, or have never studied Moses' instruction. So, let's open our Bibles to
the Old Testament, to one of Moses books, the book of Deuteronomy, in the first
five verses of chapter one we find these words; listen
ANNOUNCER: The
fifth book of Moses called Deuteronomy. Chapter one. (1) These {be} the words
which Moses spake unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness, . . .
(3) And it came to pass in the fortieth year . . . {that} Moses spake unto the children of Israel,
according unto all that the Lord had given him in commandment unto them;
SPEAKER: What did Moses say? Well, before mentioning The Ten Commandments, Moses spent
all of chapter 1, chapter 2 and chapter 3 reviewing the history of their nation
and the events of recent years. In these first three chapters Moses reminded
God's people of how God had delivered them from Egypt. How God preserved them in
the wilderness, gave them a law at Mt Sinai. And that now they were about to
cross over Jordan into their promised land.
Moses then told them how to conduct themselves to obtain God's blessings upon
themselves, their children and their nation. Moses talk about God's expectations
began with a history lesson. And just as Moses began his talk on Bible Law with
a history lesson, I will begin this series of radio programs with a history
lesson, not in Hebrew history, rather in America's Christian history. Yes,
Christian history. I say Christian because the United States was founded by
Christians, as a Christian Nation, and upon the law of God as delivered by
Moses. And that is a fact of history.
It was even acknowledged and proven by our own Supreme court about a hundred
years ago in a case titled Holy Trinity Church vs. The United States. When you
call or write for our free sample Bible Lessons we will include a copy of this
court decision. That way you can look into it for yourself, direct from the
highest court in our land, proof, proof that the United States was a Christian
nation. Read this Supreme Court document and you will learn things now forbidden
in our public schools. You don't need to take my word for it, hear it direct
from our highest court of times past.
The people of Moses time had formed a government, in the wilderness, based
upon The Ten Commandments, and with God as their king. And likewise our
ancestors here in North America formed a government, in this North American
wilderness, based upon The Ten Commandments, and with Jesus Christ as our King.
Four hundred years ago when the first Christians came to these shores, they came under
government charter. These were called Colonial Charters.
Colonial Charters were the documents written up in the home country and
issued by the king. The Charter granted to the Colonists: Certain lands in the
new world; The charters established the general rules and laws of the colony;
And the Charter stated the purpose or purposes for founding that colony. The
first Charter was granted by King James I of England; on April 10th of 1606.
This charter was for the settlement and possession of Virginia.
Which is now the state of Virginia and West Virginia. Now, keep in
mind that this is, not a Church document, but it is a government document. This
Charter tells us about the colonists who erected our first governmental
institutions here in America as having; and listen to this, as having desires for
the furtherance of so noble a work which may, by the providence of Almighty God,
hereafter tend to the glory of His divine Majesty, in the propagating of the
Christian religion to such people as yet live in ignorance of the true knowledge
and worship of God, and may in time bring the infidels and savages, living in
those parts, to human civility, and to a settled and quiet government.
How about that? This government charter had the purpose of establishing a
Christian Government here in America, and evangelizing those already living here
in America. What were these Christians doing? These Christians were going
into all the world to preach the gospel to everyone. And they were using
government to accomplish that goal. Then on November 2nd of 1620, The Charter
of Plymouth Council was granted by King James I of England. It stated the
purposes of the settlement as authorized by this government document; one
purpose was; well, listen to the words of the document, it says; "in the hope
thereby to advance the enlargement of the Christian religion, to the glory of
God Almighty."
In November of 1620, the Pilgrims who came here on the ship Mayflower, before
leaving the ship, drew up a document to establish their government. It was
called, The Mayflower Compact. This document set up their form of
government, a Christian government; a government whose purpose in part was to
"glorify God and to advance the Christian religion."
The Colonial Charter for the Maryland government closed with the
requirement that "no interpretation of its contents should be allowed whereby
God's holy and true Christian religion might in any wise suffer."
And on March 4th of 1644, King Charles I issued the Charter for the Colony
of Massachusetts Bay. This charter mentioned, and here are the words, the
orderly conduct of the colonists to the knowledge and obedience of the only true
God, and the savior of mankind, and the Christian faith.
And the Rhode Island Charter, it directs the civil government to, here
are it's words, "to be in the better capacity to defend themselves in their
rights and liberties against all enemies of the Christian faith." According to
this charter the original government of Rhode Island was set up to protect the
Christian religion.
The April 3rd of 1644 records of the Colony and Plantation of New Haven
read, "It is ordered that the judicial laws of God, as they were delivered to
Moses . . . be a rule to all the courts in this jurisdiction, in their
proceeding against offenders . . ."
How about that? The laws of God as delivered by Moses were, at that time, the
law of the land. No so called 'separation of church and state' here in early
America. There are thousands of other documents. They are ignored in most modern
school classroom. They are not mentioned from most church pulpits.
Was America founded upon Jesus Christ and Christianity? You bet it was. And
before it's too late, Isn't it time we Christians started to take our government
back. Take it back from the Antichrists, the liberals and Humanists. It's not
the Bible that should be forbidden to the public schools, rather it should be
the doctrines of the Humanist Manifesto. Are the atheists correct in saying
America is a pluralistic society, and not a Christian nation? Absolutely not.
I did not quote church or missionary documents. These are civil documents
signed by the king or another authorized persons in government. Like our
constitution, their main purpose was to put in writing the order of government
and the purposes of that government. These documents are foundation stones, not
of American churches, not of religious movements, but the foundation stones of
the American government.
The left-wingers, the humanists, the liberals and the Antichrists are not afraid to
let you find out, that Christians founded churches or missions. But they are
desperately afraid that you might find out that Christians organized government
here in America. They don't want you to know that Christians organized our
government upon Jesus Christ, upon the Bible and upon the law of God as
delivered by Moses.
The same Moses honored in sculpture on our Supreme Court Building. The same
Moses as on the wall opposite the Speaker of the House of Representative. The
same Moses as portrayed in sculpture in the subway leading to and from our
United States Capitol building.
That is why the left-wingers and the humanists defame and ridicule America's
early Christian inhabitants. That is why they call these Christians, bigots,
straight-laced, blue noses, puritanical and even worse. They are trying to
prejudice your mind, trying to prevent you from finding out that real Christians
founded America and that real Christians founded our original government. Listen

government, then you can bet your life that a satanic tyranny will replace the spirit
of liberty. Like weeds, the tyranny of the wicked is taking root, we Christians
need to wake up. We need to wake up and weed the garden of God. And the song

pilgrims were Christians. And the song continues, "From every mountain side let

What is freedom's holy light? It's your Bible, and it's God's law, listen to
Proverbs 6:23;

SPEAKER: Yes, protect us with thy might great God our King. In early America.
Samuel Adams organized the Boston Tea Party, He was a delegate to the
Continental congress, Governor of Massachusetts, and a signer of the Declaration
of Independence. Samuel Adams, on the day he signed the Declaration of
Independence said, "We have this day restored the Sovereign to whom all men
ought to be obedient, and from the rising of to the setting of the sun, let His
kingdom come."
Samuel Adams said that signing the Declaration of Independence made
Jesus Christ King here in America. Samuel Adams also said that the kingdom was
restored. What kingdom? And How could a kingdom be restored, except it first be
lost? The answer is in your Bible, it is in Israel history.
Ancient Israel had a representative form of government. The people chose
their representatives. And these chosen representatives were called The Elders
of Israel. And likewise, God chose his representative. God's representatives
were called Judges. Moses, Joshua and Samuel were judges appointed by God. So
everyone had a representative, the people had elders and God had Judges.
Now the elders of Israel were unhappy with God's judge and here 's what
happened, it is in 1 Samuel 8:4-7, listen,
ANNOUNCER: (4) "Then all the elders of Israel gathered
themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramath, and said unto him,
Behold, thou art old and thy sons walk not in thy ways ... now make us a king to judge us like all the nations. But the thing
displeased Samuel when they said give us a king to judge us, . . And Samuel prayed unto the Lord. And the Lord said unto
Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for
they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected Me that I should not reign
over them."
SPEAKER: And later in 1 Samuel 11:15, here is what happened.
ANNOUNCER: (15) " and
there they made Saul king in before the Lord in Gilgal."
SPEAKER: King Saul was followed by David and so on to King Zedekiah. Finally Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon invaded Israel and killed Zedekiah's sons
but his daughter escaped to Ireland. The throne went with her. Many believe that
this was in keeping with God's promise as found in Jeremiah 33:17.
ANNOUNCER: (17) "For thus said the Lord; David shall never
want a man to set on the throne of the House of Israel." And the word of
the LORD came unto Jeremiah, saying, (20) Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break
my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not
be day and night in their season; (21) Then may also my covenant be broken with
David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne;"

King George of England was a descendant of King David of ancient Israel. You can

In 1776 the elders in America deposed the reigning earthly king, King George
of England, and restored the throne to King Jesus. Our nation's Founding
Fathers knew exactly what they were doing when they gave King George the boot.
That is why Samuel Adams, when signing the Declaration of Independence
said, "We have this day restored the Sovereign to Whom all men ought to be
obedient, and from the rising of to the setting of the sun, let His kingdom
come."
God's people had been living under an earthly king from the time of Saul and
David until 1776 when the people said, enough of this we don't want an earthly
king. We want King Jesus. Many of you are saying that this is preposterous. It's
certainly not what you were taught in the government schools. Well, Let me offer
proof. I have in my hands a history book. This book is available from a well
known publisher. The title of the history book is, The Light and The Glory. It
is by Peter Marshal and David Manuel.
Its publisher is an old established firm, Fleming H. Revell
and Company. Here is
what you will find on page 267 of this history book. It's something they will
not tell your children in a public school classroom. I will be reading about the
time just before the Americans declared their independence from the King of
England, and here it is, listen.
"And now even a governor, Jonathan Trumbull of Connecticut, spoke out openly
in defense of freedom: (He said) It is hard to break connections with our mother
country, but when she strives to enslave us all, the strictest union must be
dissolved. The lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of
isles be glad thereof." The accomplishment of such noble prophecies is at
hand."
I must interrupt this reading from this history book to comment.
Here we
have the Governor of Connecticut quoting scripture; he was quoting Psalms 97:1
and indicating that a prophecy was about to be fulfilled. Apparently Governor
Trumbull knew more about Bible prophecy than do modern day preachers. Governor
Trumbull knew that America was in the Bible. Have you ever wondered if America
is in the Bible?
At the time of Abraham, Saul, David and even in Christ's
time, did God know about this vast North American continent? Well of course he
did. And America is in the Bible. That is one of the subjects covered in our

entitled the Light and the Glory, it says,
"Most Crown-appointed governors remained submitted to their king, (King
George of England) and one wrote to the Board of Trade in England (saying);
If you ask an American, who is his master? He will tell you he has none,
nor any governor but Jesus Christ. Which may have given rise to the cry
which was soon passed up and down the length of America by the Committees of
Correspondence; (the battle cry) No King but King Jesus!"
Now that's all that I will read from this History Book at this time. You can

Samuel Adams organized the Boston Tea Party. He was Governor of
Massachusetts, a delegate to the Continental congress, and a signer of the
Declaration of Independence. Samuel Adams may rightly be called The father of
the American War For Independence. Upon the signing of the Declaration of
Independence. It was Samuel Adams who said the Declaration of Independence made
Jesus Christ America's King. Our song, America, My country tis of thee, it gives
a second witness. A continuing witness as to who is king in America.
MUSIC - "Protect us with thy might,
great God our king."
Yes, Christ the King is king in America. He is away on business and will
return. The question is, while he is away, what is the relationship between us
and our king? How should we conduct ourselves? Christians often call the church,
the bride of Christ. In the traditional Christian wedding ceremony the husband
promises to love, honor and cherish, while the wife promises to love, honor and
obey.
The word 'cherish' includes protection. The husband is to protect the wife
and she in turn is to obey. And how does a husband protect his wife? Protection is
more that just fighting of a mugger. Part of that protection is often in the
form of instruction. The husband might say to the wife, when driving keep your
doors locked and before getting into your car, look in the back seat because a
criminal might be hiding there.
One of the concepts in the Bible is that God is the Husband and his people
are the wife. This is because of an obedience/protection relationship. We
Christians, who are in a covenant relationship with God, agree to love, honor and
obey. He in turn promises to love, honor and cherish. We obey him and he protects
us. A type of obedience/protection relationship also exists between a people and
their government.
In you have a king, then you owe obedience to your king and he, in return,
owes protection to his subjects. King George of England was in violation of this
relationship. That was one of the complaints against King George found in your Declaration
of Independence. Here is what our Declaration of Independence says, "He (King
George) has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his protection
and waging war against us." The colonists rightly said, "If our king will not
protect us and if we are out of his protection; then we have no obligation to
obey him, therefore we are independent." The American revolution was not a
rebellion like far too many teach. It was simply a declaration that the
relationship between the Colonists and their King had come to an end. In a
manner of speaking, it was a divorce .
The colonists were now free to seek a new husband. They divorced King George
and chose instead King Jesus. They thereafter relied, not on King George, but on
King Jesus for their protection. And protect them he did. At that time England
was the mightiest power on the face of the earth. The American colonies were a
handful of men in a wilderness. With God's help and protection they defeated
mighty England. Now if Jesus is our King, then we should do as he says. He even
said that himself. Here is Luke 6:46.
ANNOUNCER: (46) And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the
things which I say?
SPEAKER: You protect your children by giving them instruction to be obeyed. You men
protect your wives by giving them instruction to be obeyed. Jesus Christ
protects America by giving us instruction which is to be obeyed. But we do not
listen to his instruction. We don't even know what His instruction is. We do not do as our
king commands. That is why we have problems here in America. That is why we have
a tremendous national debt. That is why are foreign corporations taking
ownership of Amercing farms and industry. That is why jobs are going to Mexico. It is simply because we do not obey
the kings laws on finance, business, real estate, property and so forth.
