Diet Wars
Walter Kay

Hundreds of different diets are being promoted. For example: Vegan*, Vegetarian*, Starch Based Diet*, Adkins, Mediterranean, Palio, No two experts agree. Is there a Bible Diet? Do any of these popular diets agree with the Bible?

*OBESITY and WEIGHT LOSS - Vegan, Vegetarian and Starch Based diets are very healthy and make it easy to lose weight. These diets do not promote any of the foods not allowed by scripture. Check them out here. Life at its Best   Dr. John McDougall's website. Spoiled Rotten and VSH.ORG lectures.

This study is a list of foods mentioned in the Bible. Some we are to eat. Some are not to be eaten. Is fish good or bad? Is wheat O.K.? How about bacon, eggs and ham? The Bible will tell us. Why do Christians violate most Bible food laws? (answer below)

The list below is based on the following logic. If Jesus Christ fed a crowd with fishes and loves, then we can eat fish and loves. If Moses said, "Do not eat any animal that dieth of itself", then it is good advice we should follow, isn't it? In the morning, finding a dead cow in the pasture does not mean a steak dinner that evening!

Leviticus 20:25 Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.
